Half Day Course

The course is designed to provide delegates with the skills required to safely deal with a spillage situation from the planning, execution through to the correct disposal of any spent materials. They will be required to demonstrate their own ability through simulated incidents; delegates will gain valuable knowledge in dealing with spillages without exposing individuals to hazardous situations.

The course is suitable for delegates who might be in a situation where they are required to clear any spillages within their workplace.

This course involves both practical and theoretical sessions. On completion of the course candidates will be able to:

1. To safely and correctly deal with hazardous spillages.

2. Have an understanding of current, relevant legislation applicable to hazardous spillages
